The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. The cleaning service is offered twice a week. The WiFi service has been upgraded, a router has been installed in each apartment, and now we provide a high-speed internet connection, exclusive and independent. The browsing experience is now very satisfactory. Please note that the Apartment with Pool View and the Apartment with Sea View are located on upper-level floors with no elevator access. Please note that the property cannot guarantee that all Apartment with Pool View booked will be located on the same floor.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Arrived at 9.30pm. No check-in available so had to show passport etc to a radio with camera door entry. Given directions to our apartment and ended up walking around the complex for over an hour until another resident helped us find our accommodation block

We got locked out of the complex leaving myself and my 83 year old uncle sleeping next to the complex gate until morning maintenance arrived to let us in. The remote reception didnot come to help us get n and left us effectively homeless untill the morning

Staff is very helpful and cleaning lady very nice and pleasant. I think i lost €50 under the bed, and she placed it on my bed . So obviously, I had to tip her. Just a very honest place and very nice staff . Will be looking forward to staying there again.. Thank you all involved for making my staff so enjoyable.

My 5th visit to La Penita and I will be back. Staff are lovely and the pool bar team are so warm and friendly
