L’hôtel et la chambre sont propre et le personnel est très gentil.

Il faudrait changer pression de la douche Si on veut de la pression dans l’eau il faut se doucher à l’eau bouillante

"Room good, for the rest strange experience"

Good room and good price

We arrived 14:35 and were told we had to get ¨in line¨ to check in. As the lobby was full of people, I asked how do you keep track the order of when people arrived. Then we were told, no check in before 15:00! Apparently everybody was waiting till 15:00 to be allowed to check in, never had an experience like that. Normally they see if the room is ready and if yes they check you in. But not in Sercotel. So the lobby is full with people so I asked a barman, who completely try to ignore me, if the bar was open. No it was not. STRANGE the hotel keeps a lobby full of people waiting and they do not have an operatin bar???? So we went outside to a bar in the neighbourhoud and came back an hour later.

El suelo de la habitación, de tarima flotante, necesita un cambio, algunas lamas no estan unidas.
