"Nice small resort in an excellent location"

Location is excellent, right on Lake Nottingham and the park and easy walking distance to many restaurants and activities in Avon. Easy drive to Edwards and Vail. Beautiful sunset views from our balcony.

"Dated facilities with a surprise "cleaning fee" upon check-in."

The staff were so kind and accommodating! They were very attentive and seemed to care about the guests.

The rooms were very warm! None of the thermostats seemed to work, only the ceiling fans. The facilities were quite dated, overall a very 70's vibe. They added an additional "cleaning fee " of just over $90, on top of what I had already paid in full. If I had known this fee would be included, I would have booked a slightly more expensive place for a similar price, likely with more modern facilities.

"Just what we needed."

staff was great. Liked the indoor parking, boot dryer, fridge and kitchenette, access to bus to mountain.
