Having the kption to bring food or go out was terrific. The park behind thr property was a very pleasant surprise. Pool/spa area was wonderful.

"Falcon Point Hidden Gem"

What a hidden gem. The property is in great shape. The location is PERFECT for walking all over Avon. We found great restaurants, a great liquor store, bike shop, and the Nottingham Lake is right out the back door. Cant wait to stay here again.

"I would never have paid the price if I had known that there was no air conditioning and additional parking fees."

The property was clean and they have great water pressure.

It was never disclosed that there is no air conditioning (some medical conditions can be a problem), it is very difficult to find the location (nestled in another complex), and they don’t disclose that there is only one car allowed (additional vehicles are charged a nightly fee).

"Mountain getaway "

No air in the room. Really hot even with window open at night. Parking was hard to get. Would only stay here again if the weather was cooler.

Studio was perfect with fully stocked kitchen with a dining table. Plenty of storage space for clothes. Very comfortable for a 2 night stay. No AC but left windows open and it was pleasant and quiet.

"Best place to stay in Avon"

We were pleasantly surprised at how great this place was. Booked last minute and found it at a great price as well. 2 bedroom condo came with an amazing view and everything was clean. This is a very family friendly place. Our kids played table pool and table tennis, enjoyed swimming in the pool or staying in the hot tub. Our view from our balcony had a nice playground in the back and the lake is amazing. Great for swimming, fishing, paddle boating, volleyball etc.. The trail by the river is also very nice. Everything you need is walking distance. We cannot wait to come back here again and again. Also the staff is very nice, we got everything we needed within minutes.

"Good unit for the price and location."

Location is excellent, plenty of parking or close to the bus line. Bedding, couch, etc were comfortable. There were an adequate amount of silverware, plates, etc.

Kitchen is almost too small to be useable. There is absolutely no counter space. Heating controls for the unit do not work very well, typically too hot or too cold.
