Facilities, pools were kids friendly so we can relax, staff were friendly and happy to help.

The staff members were amazing ,especially in the bar and restaurants. The quality of food was excellent, cocktails in the evening excellent. Very friendly environment. We became like a huge family. Animation was excellent, and problem solving at the reception was excellent. I had only concerns about the indoor pool having a massive amount of chlorine in the water ,jacuzzi didn't work . George,the lifeguard, was very helpful and friendly ,but one of the young boys was just always sitting and chatting on his phone when the indoor pool was full up with people. .Apart from this I'm absolutely satisfied. Thank you for the team for the hard work and for always smiling .

The bounce castle kept collapsing with kids in it. The housekeepers took the rubbish out only once a week and never cleaned the kitchen. Also entered into the room when my daughter was sleeping there even though I forgot to put the " no" sign on the door once. I think they shouldn't do that while someone is sleeping in the room.

Fedt område med gode pools og grønneområder. Plads til alle aldre

Maden var virkelig dårlig. Ikke gode råvarer. Tjenerne var ikke særlig kundevenlige og imødekommende. Man kommer langt med et smil og øjenkontakt.
