Lo staff era molto accogliente e gentile. Il cibo molto buono, portano giornalmente due bottiglie di acqua in camera. Animazione ottima, i ragazzi sono molto gentili e soprattutto non sono pressanti. Il Wifi arriva addirittura fino alla spiaggia :) non abbiamo neanche avuto bisogno di attivare la SIM. Anche le guide per organizzare le escursioni all'interno del resort sono molto valide, abbiamo fatto un'escursione bellissima grazie a Jimmy!

We arrived at the hotel around 3:00 AM. Although the official check-in time was 2:00 PM, Ahmed at the reception kindly helped us arrange an early check-in, and we were able to access our room at 7:00 AM. We really appreciated his effort and assistance. I had specifically requested a sea-view room, and the view was absolutely beautiful. From our balcony, we could see both the sea and the evening entertainment area. We would also like to thank Ahmed from the housekeeping team for the creative towel decorations he made for us. They were lovely and added a special touch to our stay. Special thanks to Mustafa, who assisted us with the VIP Pyramids tour. He was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Ahmed, the curly-haired gentleman working in the main restaurant, was also incredibly hardworking and attentive. Knowing that I was not feeling well, he brought me tea without me even having to ask. It was a very thoughtful gesture. We would like to thank all the hotel staff for their kindness and hospitality. We would also like to express our gratitude to the security officer, Abdul Hamid (Medo), for his care and attention during our stay. The sea is especially beautiful in the morning, and you can easily see colorful fish while swimming or snorkeling. The food selection includes fish, meatballs, chicken, and many other familiar dishes, so guests visiting from Turkey should have no difficulty finding something they enjoy. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. Otele gece 03:00 gibi vardım. Giriş saati 14:00 olmasına rağmen erken giriş yapmamız için resepsiyondaki Ahmed Bey bize yardımcı oldu. Saat 07:00’da odamıza yerleştik. Denize bakan oda tercih etmiştim. Odamızın manzarası çok güzeldi, balkondan hem gece eğlencelerinin yapıldığı sahte gözüküyordu hem de deniz. Housekeeping Ahmed Bey bize güzel havlu sunumları yaptı, çok beğendim. VIP piramit için tur satışı yapan Mustafa Bey’e de teşekkür ederim. Kendisi güleryüzlü ve arkadaş canlısı.
