"Very Very Bad Experience"

Location was Ok and View was Good , however Worst Hotel Experience Ever as I booked 3 Rooms and it was the worst Staff fighting between each other next to customers Old Beds and Not Clean and Bad Mattress

The Worst Hotel Experience Ever I booked 3 Rooms and it was the worst Staff fighting shouting between each other next to customers ,, very Old broken Beds and Not Clean and Bad Mattress also staff made us pay for a door plastic key which my kid left at the pool !!! Even toothpaste was chargeable !!! The food was so bad and quantity was not enough and quality was very bad

Loud Russian pop music from the bar in the evening Lot of noice from night parties at at nearby bars going on until 3 am. In serious need of an upgrade

"Excellent for our needs."

We were there because the dive centre (Emperor Divers) was next door and we spent every day with them. We had half-board accommodation. The hotel was very convenient for our plans but we cannot comment on anything beyond the room and the meals we took. However, the staff were excellent and very friendly to us.

Everything was better than I expected. The hotel staff are friendly I thank all the hotel staff especially the security employee and Mr Karam and the bar employee Samir and the animation staff Rika and her friend thank you all
