We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are exceptionally spacious and very well designed, especially for families with children. The separate sleeping and living areas provide extra comfort, privacy, and plenty of space to relax. What truly made our stay stand out was the outstanding room service. The attention to detail, the generous amenities, and the genuine friendliness of the staff exceeded our expectations. Every interaction felt warm and welcoming, without ever feeling forced. A special thank you goes to Ms. Shaima, whose kindness, professionalism, and hospitality made us feel truly at home. She played a big part in making our stay so enjoyable. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to families and anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere.

There was no water in my room for 3 days. Tank cleaning initiated without informing to guests and we were left with no water. Next day all white water in wash basin and dirty water in shower. I complained twice but nobody came to attend. This is extremely poor service from a 5 star property and I have never experienced this anywhere!!

The service was excellent. Staff members were polite. The food was excellent, and the rooms were clean and up to excellent standards. The only thing is that i think the staff should be trained to learn English👌 👍 👏🏽

We had a wonderful experience at Hilton Pyramids. All the meals, including lunch and dinner, were excellent and very delicious. The service was great, and the staff were friendly and professional. Special thanks to Ms. Rania for her kindness and excellent hospitality. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Habiba was a great host! She took perfect care of the pool area and was exceptionally nice and accommodating. It was such a pleasure. She also checked in on us multiple times but without being too invasive. Nabil was also an excellent host and asked about the rest of my visit in egypt and gave me great suggestions. Both of them were very fantastic.
