The room we had was big and spacious, comfortable beds and with a door that opened to a little patio. Breakfast was delicious and we found a playroom that entertained our 2 year old!

The lighting in the rooms were quite strong and “cold” which made the room a bit unwelcoming. Warmer lighting would cozy it up a bit.

Location. And breakfast

The staff didn’t gauge any information about anything just dropped the key and that’s it! Unbelievable, not even good morning. if your in an apartment they don’t clean until you leave. and you don’t have anything to clean in it.

While it's not exactly disliking, visitors may have to manually ask for bus availability and other important details, leading to confusion due to conflicting information. Making this information more visible would be helpful.

"Hostel quality for the price of four-star hotel"

Great breakfast and employees working at the restaurant/bar

Not sufficient heating, cold in the room, cold in the bathroom, hotel not fixing the issue with heating after requesting it twice, waiting 2 minutes for warm water in the bathroom, smell in the bathroom, parking far away from the hotel, no view from the room (but mentioned in the room description), narrow bed. The worst hotel we have ever stayed in Norway or anywhere in Europe.
