Las habitaciones muy bien y en general todas las instalaciones El personal muy amable, sobre todo en recepción Todo muy limpio

Pedimos unas cervezas con clamato, en la terraza, las queriamos sin salsas y nos dijeron que si pero picaban horrible y el trato tampoco me pareció el mejor en la terraza.

la ubicación y la cama es super confortable

Perdi una sudadera entre la recepción y mi habitación se me cayo de mi equipaje y no puedo creer que nadie lo viera y la respuesta de recepcionista fue no es nuestra responsabilidad. no las hacia responsable solo que si alguien la reportaba dijeran si es de este cliente aqui pueden dejarla.

El baño parece estar muy aseado, la temp de la ducha, la ubicacion, el personal muy amable en general y atento.

la variedad de comida en uno de los dias de buffet no estuvo tan buena, como el segundo dia, el dia que llegamos la habitacion tenia un olor como a humedad, y las camas tampoco parecieron tan grandes como se supone que debian ser. tampoco que no tenga la posibilidad de apps de streaming(posible mejora), el jabon de manos y shampoo tienen un olor raro.
