Günstig. Relativ gutes Frühstücksbuffet

Die Qualität der Zimmer ist extrem unterschiedlich. Ich hatte schon oft sehr gute Zimmer aber dieses Mal war ich mal wieder in einer Abstellkammer (klein), mit Klimaanlage, die sich alle 25 Minuten ausgeschaltet hat und Fenster, dass man wegen der Hauptstraße nicht öffnen konnte. Und das obwohl das Hotel nicht ausgebucht war, ich absoluter Stammgast bin (war) und ich wie immer vorher um ein Zimmer nach hinten gebeten habe. An der Rezeption kapiert man einfach nicht, dass die Zimmer 220 bis 223 zwar im hinteren Gebäude liegen, aber nach vorne gehen und man wegen einer Lücke in der Bebauung den Lärm von der Straße frontal abbekommt. Ich habe darauf schon mehrfach hingewiesen, aber das interessiert niemanden. Allgemein.macht das Hotel den Eindruck, dass man an jedem Cent spart, um die vergleichsweise günstigen Preise anbieten zu können. Wie sehr das Management die Meinung der Kunden schätzt sieht man auch an den Antworten auf Bewertungen hier. Keine! Die interessieren schlicht niemanden. WENN SIE NICHT JEDEN CENT UMDTEHEN MÜSSEN, GEHEN SIE WOANDERS HIN! Bei mir war es das. Der 14. Besuch war der.letzte.

Frühstück war vollkommen ausreichend. Die Lage zum Main und der Mainpromenade gut. Zimmer ansprechen mit seh geräumigen Bad.
