Great location- some rooms are outdated. Make sure you ask for a renovated room. Much nicer, roomier and modern. Staff were great and the breakfast buffet was good.

I stayed here with my son for 9 nights. This hotel is very glamorous. We stayed in a twin elite room which included breakfast. Breakfast was delicious with a wide selection of food and set us up well for the day. Staff were really friendly and helpful - ordering taxis when required, advising on restaurants, etc. The hotel is central for tourist attractions and shopping. We loved our stay here and hope to come back. Thank you ☺️

"Rather disappointing."

Nice Lobby and location. Rooms are really dated and in need for refurbishment. My room window could not close fully, send cold air into the room which was unpleasant this time of the year. Had to ask for a heater. Service staff; other then 1 foreign lobby ambassador; could do with some training.
