The yogurt was expired. The room was clean but the food was lame

The outside doors did not lock, It smelled bad and stale. Keep the bathroom fan on to keep air moving The halls smelled like smoke. They did not have anything at the front desk like toothpaste The covers on the beds were super light. You could hear every step from the visitors on the second floor. 3-8 steps from midnight to 2 both nights we stayed. It was so loud it woke us both up.

Rugs needed shampooing front on air unit fell off. Could not call on it neither phone in room worked. When I called into hotel with personal phone. They did offer to come put front back on. I asked they wait till the morning. Breakfast was all carbs( bread, frozen waffles, cereal)
