"Ok, but she's seen better days..."

Location and people were helpful and nice. Grounds are relaxing and you dont really feel like youre on the main road once you step inside. The pool was lovely for a dip to cool off. Our son loved the shallow area to get his confidence before he joined us in the big pool.

The place is very worn out, it hasn't looked like the pictures in a very long time. Bathroom, everything leaks, shower screens broken, I had to tie the shower head up so that it stayed in place and didn't just spray the floor. TV is our room wasn't connected to the aerial, cable was broken off the back of the TV. Noone ever came back to fix. Kettle leaked, had to leave it sitting in the sink. The paving around the pool is eroded leaving you walking on the mortar which hurts your feet. Spa is out of order, and from the look of the sign it has been for a while... Needs a massive renovation, but you get what you get for the price. There are much more expensive places in the area...so we were satisfied with it for a few nights. If we had been planning a longer stay we would have left and gone elsewhere.

"It was not worth for what we paid."

Bathroom was not clean. No wifi. No remote with tv. While it was written that the entire unit is on the ground floor but I was given on the 2nd floor. No rubbish bin provided. One of the light was not working. They said online booking doesn’t include all this.
