They did not respond to my messages about picking us up at the airport but they did come get us so it was all fine. The young woman at the front desk at 6 am was lovely and took good care of us.

Breakfast has improved from my last stay in January. However, maybe a proper full English breakfast should be included or anything warm like pancakes etc. I know this can be ordered and you guys call it American breakfast. But I recommend this to be available like in buffet form. Your ratings will massively improve. This will earn money for your hotel as outsiders will come in as well for breakfast.

"Don’t expect paradise, it’s fine but nothing flash"

The pool was fun, there were lots of lounging chairs around the pool where we spent most of our time.

No disrespect , as you get what you pay for, and this property was cheap so if you aren’t fussy then it’s fine. We stayed a couple of nights in between other accomodation. The dishes were not clean, there were cockroaches in numerous places including bedrooms bathrooms and kitchens, and it was really hard to get towels for the pool swims. Our family of four had to share one towel, until more arrived a few hours later. From booking this accomodation myself (and my elderly parents) got several scam emails in the lead up to the stay encouraging us to enter our credit card details before the stay in order to secure us. These messages come in from the hotel via booking.com to our booking.com inbox. That put us off booking here again. The shuttle was late but it did come, on island time. It was fine overall, just don’t expect paradise.
