Nice pool and two jacuzzis.

Excellent service, with kind, friendly, wonderful staff. They were very accommodating and helpful in a variety of contexts. We made a mistake on check-in paperwork - no problem, they corrected it for us in minutes after we noticed. Our car battery died, and they jumped us twice and helped us get to a reliable local mechanic. The rooms are huge, spacious and well laid out. It can be hard to tell from photos, but the bedroom is actually a proper room, separate from the living room, and the kitchen is medium sized. Not huge, but bigger than I had expected. They have both an indoor and an outdoor hot tub, both kept very hot, which we liked.

Well decorated with very large TVs in every room! Well equipped kitchen and well furnished apartment. Good wifi. Bathrooms had plenty of soaps, shampoos, towels and nicely decorated! Always had good hot water! Located by river with beautiful views and great for a fun walk with a city park nearby with basketball and tennis. Shuttle service to ski lifts was very time efficient and quick. Plenty of parking space also. Elevator and plenty luggage carts. Good gas barbecues. Indoor and outdoor hot tubs and heated pool! Nice lobby with fireplace, coffee and tea self serve and helpful staff. Vending machines for snacks also. They even had a lovely wine, cheese, fruits and deserts evening where we met other nice guests and had fun conversations! Very special experience!

Really liked everything. I would just suggest a nicer paint color and some decor in the indoor hot tub area.

We almost always stay here when skiing at Vail. It is nice, affordable, and the shuttle makes it convenient.

Dark, smelly, old furniture, it's incomprehensible in such a well-located property. The worst I've been to in Vail
