Eagle Point Resort

The shuttle to skiing was timely and excellent. The kitchen was clean but bring your iwn spices. Alrhough we found the hot tub at a good temperature, we could not get the jets to turn on and never could figure it out. We will stay here again.

This place was decrepit, old and outdated. There is no decor on the walls, the furniture is old and peeling, the TV remotes didn’t work. There are holes in the ceiling randomly, paint was messy, windows didn’t work. The staff asked me if I was staying there when I walked in and I said “yes, why?” And he said “a lot of people sneak into our hotel” which was not comforting. This was a motel and low quality at that. Far overpriced. Would never stay again or recommend it. I was too scared to complain to staff and expect a refund. I have photos to prove all of this.

There was one receptionist who is not very approachable. I forgot to ask his name.

Rooms are old , front desk was 50/50 2 staff were great 2 were real jerks especially Rodolfo. Pretends he can’t hear anything No room service . No restaurant Hot water on and off Great location close to skiing

The property was as described. The service and the shuttle service was less than adequate.

They don’t have enough cookware even for a family of 3. The sauce pans are all so small I have use 2 to make one dish . All the fry pans have uneven bottom which does not work well on their induction cooker. Sometimes they run out of hot water

I liked having my own kitchen and coffee maker.
