There was no slippers for the bathroom nor they have any bathroom mats. I have asked for extra pillow, reception told me to come and get it from front desk Bathroom tiles are very slippery, I slipped in bathroom as no mats no slippers Room was old dusty. Beds are not comfortable.

"Close to Amsterdam "

There is a bus stop right outside the hotel. We bought 2 day ticket to ride the Amsterdam and region buses trams and ferries pass for 26 euros each and they worked perfect!

As mentioned, the hotel was aesthetically pleasing; clean, cozy rooms, lovely bathroom. Staff could’ve been a wee bit more accommodating regarding information-giving but, for the most part, they were okay. I’d recommend.

Nice hotel bit far from the action in Dam square The room was lovely and clean, although it was a little bit cold! The breakfast was lovely! Overall a nice hotel would go again
