Property Notes

Guests are advised to book a table in the restaurant and treatments at the spa Codage prior to arrival. Please note that the restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday (midday and evening). Please note that an extra bed may only be added to the room type: Deluxe La Désirade Double Room Spa Access. Spa will be open from 07:30 to 20:30 NOT ONLY DURING WINTER. Please note that swimming trunks are not permitted in the spa. Swimsuits can be purchased on site. Please note that if a tobacco smell noticed in the room upon departure, an amount of 120 euros may be debited from the customer's credit card for a deep cleaning. Access to the Spa (Swimming pool, Hamm, Sauna and Jacuzzi) is 2 hours per night and per person. We recommend that you contact the Spa Codage l'Agapa reception as soon as possible to reserve your moment of relaxation. Without reservation on your part, you will be offered a time slot depending on the places available on your arrival at the Spa Codage L'AGAPA hotel. Please note that children are allowed in the Spa from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. then from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. then from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

The altitude suite was really amazing, even better than the pictures, and really spacious, perfect for a family (they provided a cot and even left a bottle warmer). The view is breathtaking.The staff was super helpful, and having the breakfast in the room was a really nice plus. Highly recommend.

Unfreundliche Restaurantleiterin, was der sehr freundliche (Ober)Kellner ausgleichen muss. Abendessen war gut. Sofern anwesend, unfreundliche höhere Chargen, die wenn überhaupt extrem knapp oder gar nicht grüßen oder den Gruß erwidern: auch der Gast ist König. Sehr freundliche und empathische Rezeption. Etwas überrascht waren wir über den 5. Stern am Hotel.

Qualité de l'accueil. Personnel aimable. Chambre spacieuse, bien éclairée. Grande salle de bain. Calme dans l'hôtel. Superbe situation avec vue sur les Sept Iles ainsi que sur la plage de Trestaou. Grand parking, bien organisé, avec emplacements ombragés et bien délimités. Amples espaces dans le restaurant qui fait aussi office de salle de petit déjeûner. Proximité de la plage de Trestaou et de nombreux commerces.

Le choix des produits au petit déjeûner est bon, mais la qualité pourrait être améliorée, par exemple pour le pain.

"A very pleasant hotel in a great resort."

Wonderful views from the restaurant, attentive staff, free covered parking, good quality food and an impressive 5 course 70€ evening meal.

The bedroom was a bit small, made worse by its layout with a huge expanse of window area. It was quite hot at the end of the visit and the air-conditioning didn't get turned on until we asked.
