The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. In order to complete the self-check-in process, guests are required to provide an ID before arrival. If you choose not to provide your ID before arrival, you may not use the self check-in. Instead, you will have to provide your ID upon arrival during normal check-in hours. Breakfast is offered at the Business lounge and lunch and dinner at Bar Rojo (restaurant located inside the Casio). Please note that pets are allowed upon request and subject to approval. Dogs and cats are allowed, with a max. of two per room. Additional charges may apply for cleaning and any damage caused during your stay. weighs 25 kg. A charge of €35 per pet per night will be applied (max. 2 pets per room). Guide dogs are free of charge. Additional information regarding pet policies can be provided upon check-in.
