No food at breakfast no coffee . No coffe maker in room .

You get what you pay for. Our room door didn’t want to open. Asked for more towel said they didn’t have enough!

The staff was nice enough but it was dirty in the room. Dirt on plastic curtain of window, dirt on door( with finger prints) something splattered on lamp shade, tub backed up a little and tv didn’t work the next morning. The chair to sit in was all tore up and fixtures were rusty. Supposedly they’ll be renovating soon, but they need to learn to clean first and foremost. I showed them pictures and they apologized. No refund though or anything. Spend the extra $35 and go up the street a little more.

The staff is very friendly, very helpful and the rooms are very clean. They have plenty parking, there are places to eat near. They have a WALMART near if you need amything. They also have a Casino up the street from the hotel and a place for kids to play and a movie therater an d restaurant's

Our room was super clean. There wasn't a coffee pot in our room and the ice machine up stairs is broken so you have to go down stairs to get ice. The area was a lot smaller than I expected from the pics when I booked but over all our stay was good

No soap in the hotel, holes in the curtains, carpet so filthy my socks were black. I didn't walk on the carpet that much. The vinyl was wore off the chair arms. The wood frame underneath the chair cushion was nasty. Tub was stained. 1 mattress had a buckle in the middle. On positive note, ai slept fine & my mattress was ok. Mattress had bug protective covers on it. Then mattress had quilted mattress protector on. Hotel is definitely a 1 night stay hotel & needs carpets cleaned ASAP.

NASTIEST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN --BAR NONE! Being unfamiliar with Ashland I reserved a room here based on the recommendation of a clerk in a hotel that was too far from my destination. I spent over $100 for these ghetto accommodations, unaware of what I had reserved. Of course it was non refundable. With this knd of a garbage room I can see now they do that so you're stuck. If it had been a "bargain" $40 or $50 room I'd be taking responsbility for making a bad "cheap" choice and wouldn't be writing this review. It's the kind of room people tease about renting "by the hour" and they could care less how bad it is. "NON-SMOKING" room, but it reaked of smoke so badly one could hardly take a deep breath. I checked in and as I was quickly leaving to meet family, I told the clerk how terribly strong the smell of smoke was and it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. She replied that all of the rooms were non-smoking and I could ask for some "spray" when I returned to the hotel. Filthy, torn, old carpet, huge spider on the wall, drapes falling down, (had to pin with paper clips) sticky film on floor, dusty, dirty furniture, long dark hairs in the bathroom; I dared not take off my shoes to walk on the carpet or tile. Unless you don't mind staying in abject filth, I suggest you stay as far away from this place as you can get. When I left the following morning I noticed a Fairfield Inn not too far away. Had I known it was there you can bet I wouldn't have reserved a room in this dump. BEYOND HORRIBLE!

Easy check in. Friendly staff. Only disappointment for me was the continental breakfast. They did not have the Belgian waffle maker that I have become accustomed to having at other hotels. This would not stop me from staying again though.

Me and my family has been staying here for over 10 years when we return home to visit family . The rooms was in terrible condition both of them had a musty / fowl smell and nothing the staff could do about it . The location is under new management now and it’s went down hill since. Not worth staying here anymore.. what a shame management lets crap go down hill like this . American business need to be owned and managed by Americans not disgusting and dishonest people from different soil. I’m being as nice as I can be .
