"Booking.com vs Grassmarket Hotel vs client: Paid nightmare"

Practically zero The double bed that I have requested was a single bed, I hardly could turn around on it. No drinking water in the room for coffee or drinking No Kleenex or body lotion. Really not value for money

"Adequate stay but a pit pricey for what you get."

The hotel is fine with the rooms looking like they have been renovated. The reception staff are very nice and helpful. Location of the hotel is perfect for everything.

The corridors leading to the rooms are like a maze and very narrow but this is just a trivial thing. The staff in Biddy Mulligans bar are terrible with no manner.

Clean modern room located short walking distance from old town

Very expensive and not worth the price. Our room was next to the elevators and on 1st floor over the lobby. We heard noise all night. Very loud.
