Location is Great. Breakfast service is not so good. Maybe due to only one staff available, cleanup, tableware setup and food preparation is not timely.

Great place to stay. Nice clean room. Within walking distance to mont st michael or you can take the shuttle bus

Everything (Service, room, supply room supplies) is fine and perfect.

They just need to be a bit more clear about the parking instructions. Other than that a great hotel!

I didn't like the check in time 4pm!! Supposed to be at 12pm or maximum 2pm. I didn't like that whenever I'm going out of the complex I have to pay the parking!! The room & bathroom was well cleaned with good amenities such as body lotion, shower cap... But... They forget to clean the toilet (was dirty). The bed is confortable and the buffet breakfast was small for the rate...but OK for me since I'm not a big eater you have what you need to start your day (coffee, tea, viennoiserie, bread...) To visit the Mont saint Michel is the right place for 1 or 2 nights. My overall experience was OK. The front office lady was kind helpful and always smiling.

Check in was quick and easy. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hot breakfast included was very good.

The quadruple room we stayed in was extremely small. There, of course, were 4 of us with 4 suitcases yet no place to put the luggage and no luggage rack.We had to stack the luggage on the floor and trip over it at night when we made trips to the rest room. The bathroom was upgraded at nice. The carpet was old and the lobby had a bad odor that I think was coming off the carpet. There was no a/c and it was hot so we needed the window open but there was no screen and, being close to the beach, there were a lot of mosquitos and other biting insects that came in during the night. The "free' breakfast was picked over 1/2 hour after it started and we had to wait for it to be replenished. The waiter was irritable and possibly overworked.

While the staff were polite and friendly, our disappointment was in the cleanliness of the room. The carpets need a thorough cleaning and the drapes were literally hanging off the hook. Our experience was less than satisfactory

For 130 euros per night you might exspect a kettle and tea of coffee but no not here. Coffee machine turned off by staff at night. The restaurant is very bad I asked for mussels to watch the cook microwave them then put hot water on. I have stayed in better hotels in Nigeria and India never go there again.
