Clean, neat, courteous staff.

There was a small fridge, sink, and microwave in the room. The breakfast had a variety of decent items - cereal, toast, bananas, yogurt, and waffles. It was what I would expect for a basic breakfast.

We had a room on the second floor. The hallway floor was not level, and seemed like it had rises and dips along the hallway. There was an uneven step up into the room (seemed like a result of the crooked/uneven hallway floor), which we often stumbled down every time we left the room (no mobility issues, just kept catching us off guard). The beds were very hard. We had a balcony off our room, however the lights on the balcony could not be turned off, so it bled light into the room all night (curtains did not fully cover the edges of the patio doors). The sound transfer from the road was significant even with the patio door closed and curtains closed. The room was very dated. The TV was not a smart TV, and although there was cable, the package/channel selection was very limited. The bathroom door didn't latch, but the door jam was not square so that helped the door stay closed.

The room.was large, as was the bed. Breakfast was great. A nice variety of food.

Value for money though the building and rooms look just a little tired. No issues...

If you are looking for a cooked breakfast none available unless you count waffles and toast as cooked. This was not an issue for us. Walk to centre of around half and hour by car, 10 minutes.
