Garbage on ground outside looking out our window, carpet old and looks dirty and bad, caulking in bathroom was dirty needs cleaning or replaced

Location, good value for money, room nicely renovated, very friendly staff and breakfast was good-appreciated the fresh fruit.

Our room was well done (newly renovated) but part of second floor still not quite complete.
