The pool area was well maintained, with enough comfortable sun beds for everyone. The beach was a delight, with a bar and a restroom conveniently located nearby. The staff were generally super welcoming, professional, and friendly. The Friday DJ set was amazing.

Overall, this is not a 5-star experience. The shower was extremely narrow, had no door, and left the entire bathroom soaked after each use. The room layout was poor; The door opened right next to the bed, and the closet was hard to access, squeezed between the bathroom door and the coffee/fridge stand. No smart TV. The resort is full of stairs and steep climbs, so getting around is tiring. To reach the bar or restroom from the pool, you have to walk through a restaurant/reception area, which feels awkward when you’re in a bathing suit. The beach had too few sun beds, and they were packed too close together because the area is small. Food quality was inconsistent; Some days great, some days like sloppy leftovers. The meat was often dry, and finding fruit worms in the orange juice was unacceptable. One of the reception staff was rude and dismissive.

The location in Elounda is fabulous

We paid a lot of money to upgrade to Cool Living which was a total waste of money. We were based in Rm 605, mid mountain and reliant on transport up and down the mountain. This wasted a lot of time. The room smelt, the interior needed refurb, the Cool Living sunbeds were reserved with towels by the people in 800’s rooms by 7am so we didn’t get any pool time. The restaurants were all booked up and we struggled to eat in any of the a la Carte restaurants. Everyone we met and spoke to were unhappy about the hotel. More 3/4* than 5* and the Cool Living experience and price was completely overpriced and under whelming. Overall a very disappointing holiday which spoilt our 30th wedding anniversary celebrations.

מלון מטורף! שווה כל שקל, אוכל טעים, שירות נהדר. שדרגו אותנו לחדר עם בריכה פרטית. מעבר לזה חוף פרטי נהדר, קוקטיילים מצוינים עם אלכוהול משובח ולא החיקויים שיש במלונות אחרים, הצוות תמיד מחייך ונותן מענה לכל הדברים. אני אחזור בוודאות

מאד נהנינו מהשהיה שלנו. הצוות היה מאיר פנים מהרגע הראשון ותמיד שמחו לעזור ואף מעבר לכך. החדר היה מרווח נוח ונקי אך בשל התקופה בה היינו ( סוף ספטמבר ) המים בבריכה שהייתה לנו בחדר היו קרים מאד. האוכל היה בסדר גמור הן בבוקר והן בערב, אם כי חזר על עצמו מדי יום, אבל כל אחד יכול למצוא את מה שהוא אוהב. נהנינו בעיקר מהשקט והשלווה של המקום שאיפשר לנו מנוחה מלאה. רצינו להודות שוב לכל הצוות הנפלא של המלון שאיפשרו לנו חופשה נהדרת.
