I like the location, it is only 5 minutes to go to Canal City, and less than 10 minutes to go to the closest subway station and bus stop. There is a Aeon supermarket which is about 10 minutes walking from the apartment, so I got food there for my light cooking. The house was very clean and provided enough amenities for my one-week stay. It is quiet and safe.

The kitchen was only equipped with one cooking pan, but no pot, so it was a little difficult to cook soup. There was only one trash can (for regular trash type) available without any refill bag. I guess that I was expected to buy my own trash bags, but for one-week stay? I feel that the management should have been more thoughtful. After all, people choose to stay in a place with a kitchen, very likely need more than one trash bag for a whole week. The other problem is that, there was no laundry line in the bath room. The apartment provided a washing machine but no dryer. Therefore, I needed a laundry line to hang my wet laundry. However, there was nothing in the place I could hang my clothes to dry. I don't know how the management solved this problem in the past. I am sure that it has been a big problem for all guests.

駅から遠いが歩けない距離ではなく、キャナルシティや棚橋市場などが至近距離にあり、ロケーションが良い。 部屋もダブルベッド二つにソファベッドがあり、十分に広い。

清掃が行き届いておらず、特に浴室の排水溝の掃除がなされておらず不快。 床や壁に、きちんと掃除すれば付いていない汚れが残っていた。ガラスにも前の宿泊者と思われる手垢がはっきりと残っていて不快だった。

The river

I would get the smell of cigarettes randomly to my room and even after telling the staff about it they did nothing. The lint catcher on the washing machine looked like it has never been cleaned. The apartment was a little dirty on some spots.
