Mykonos Essence - Adults Only

We really enjoyed our stay here for a friends' trip. The location is very central in Ornos, and easily accessible to Mykonos town by bus or taxi. The staff was also incredible and very friendly! I only wish the airport transfer was free and some of the transportation was included. Otherwise, no complaints. We loved it!

Disappointing.... I was only resident in the hotel for two of the five nights I had pre paid for.. due to the weather I was unable to reach the island for the first 3 nights... .the price charged was non refundable Which I except but sadly I feel that the hotel missed a chance to ensure my two days were made extra special ... at no point was I offered a good Will gesture..... (a friend who was in the same situation was given a full refund even though again he had pre paid on a non refundable price) apart from the above I had paid for a superior room but apart from a larger balcony I would say the room was no more special.... the sun chairs were discoloured and looked dirty, the maintenance of the room was poor... telephone point was hanging out of the wall, the wall had dirty marks. For a four star hotel I would expect more. I raised my concern to the hotel manager and showed him photos of which I had taken but he refused to agree with my complaint and failed to deal with the points I had raised. The only plus points I can comment on was the staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. But overall I was disappointed and I will not return or recommend this hotel

Property was really nice. Room was nice. Wifi was a big issue and it sucked. Workers were really friendly and helpful. Pool was lovely and food was lovely. This hotel is close to the beach and bus station but requires a walk on 2 steep hills. But a very nice stay.

Very kind staff! Sites on top of a hill- short walk to beach and lots of food choices. Arrange for transportation from port if going in busy season (Aug for sure). Really enjoyed our stay! Try the day of sailing excursion- highlight of our trip and can be arranges with front desk.

I enjoyed my stay at the Mykonos Essence. It's a nice hotel, in a relatively quiet area of town away from the hustle and bustle of the busy tourist areas but fairly close because Mykonos town is just 10 mns away by bus. The rooms are comfortable, with a very nice 2-level patio where one can relax in the evening and quietly enjoy the cool breeze. Most importantly, the staff is really nice. Especial mention of front desk staff Nikki, a beautiful and absolutely amazing Greek girl who makes you feel at home from the moment you check it. When I arrived and she learned I'd just disembarked from the ferry, she excused herself for a couple of minutes and walked to the back room. I thought she was taking care of some paperwork but she came back with a fantastic, cold, refreshing glass of fresh juice with fruits and lemons that she offered me whilst checking me in. She offered lots of tips of things to do around Mykonos and, throughout my entire 2-day stay, she was responsive to every need and always eager to help out. She's absolutely terrific and one of the best and most pleasant customer service staff I have ever met although I have visited a large number of hotels across all the continents. Nikki: ευχαριστώ.
