"NO PARA REPETIR"

La cama era cómoda

Daba sensación de inseguridad , las puertas de las habitaciones estaban todas como forzadas la madera rota de al lado de la cerradura, como si hubieran entrado a la fuerza y no han arreglado las puerta despues. Es un complejo de edificios y en el centro la piscina , pero puedes entrar por recepción o por una puerta trasera , sin ningún tipo de control ni nada … En la cocina no dejan ni un pco de lavavajillas ni estropajo ni nada, detalles q marcan la diferencia.

"No tornarem."

L’amabilitat del personal. Especialment de recepció. Molt atent en tot moment.

L’apartament estava correcte. Potser li calia millorar el manteniment i neteja però podríem fer un valoració correcte/notable. En canvi durant els darrers tres dies de la nostra estada vam tenir problemes amb formigues a la cuina, menjador i bany sense que fossin capaços de solucionar-ho. Després de que una problemàtica així durant més d’un dia, el més normal, lògic i raonable és que t’ofereixin un altre apartament, extrem que no ens fan oferir en cap moment. Per aquest motiu hauríem de suspendre a l’hotel. No ho fem, però per l’amabilitat del personal. Finalment, un altre motiu pel qual no tornarem aquest establiment ha estat la falta total i absoluta de sensibilitat i respecte en vers la llengua pròpia i oficial de la illa (Menorquí/Català).

"Lovely nightstop location on Cami de Cavalls"

Excellent location for a comfortable overnight stop while hiking the Cami de Cavalls (GR223) . Well equipped room made complete although initially minus a stovetop coffee maker which was provided the next morning. Super accommodation with well kept grounds and inviting pools.
