One of the highlights of our stay was the personalized service. Very nice hotel in a beautiful location. The staff was very kind and helpful, specialy at the teens club and at the breakfast buffet (my daugthers need a gluten-free diet and they prepared each morning special pancakes for them). It's a pitty that there is only one restaurant included in the half board.

At Lux Belle Mare we felt like in paradise. There area is extremely beatiful, rooms are huge and airy. There are a lot of activities for kids and adults to do. Shout out to the Play (kids center) for all of the fun activities they did with the kids around the whole hotel area.

Comfortable and spacious room, white powder sandy beach, excellent dining options, fantastic service. We will be returning.

We recently came to Lux Belle Mar for our honeymoon and it was way above our expectations. The staff were very warm, genuine and so friendly they totally made our honeymoon a wonderful experience. Big shout out to Delores, Chica and the restaurant management team for making us feel so special. Food is exquisite and changes everyday so you cannot get bored. The poolside ice cream parlour was totally irresistible. I would totally recommend this hotel and we will be coming back for sure!!!! If you also need a taxi driver ask for Sweetie!!! She is amazing and very trustworthy. She made our journeys outside the hotel very pleasant.

LUX Belle Mare exceeded our expectations, the resort was recommended by my son who stayed with you over last Xmas period with his wife and daughter. My wife and I are lucky enough to be seasoned travelers and have stayed in some fabulous resorts and hotels especially in Asia where we have experienced great hospitality and attentiveness. After our recent stay at LUX Belle Mare we were so impressed with the hospitality and attentiveness of your staff and overall experience; we have your resort up with the best that we have experienced if not thee best to date.!! Your team are a credit to your organization. One individual was outstanding Mr. Gopee on concierge. Fantastic location, beautiful clean accommodation, amazing culinary selection, warmth of the staff. We would have no hesitation in recommending LUX Belle Mare to our family and friends. An amazing resort for couples even though we are senior!!

Beautiful beaches, good location.

We had a outstanding time at the Lux Bellemare ! From the beginning to the end the staff was extremely attentioned and helpful. For all our queries the concierge staff helped us, the restraurant's staff was always keen to help and so kind to us all along, same for the staff at the beach and swimming pool. Our kids loved going to the activities of the kids club - again the staff their was wonderful. There was a cyclone expected and the hotel put some plan/measures in place and always kept us informed and prepared activities inside for the kids. We did not even noticed it (apart from the rain !). The facilities of the hotel are great, we enjoyed the snorkeling and the swimming pool. We (and our kids) especially liked the swimming pool at it is very shallow and allowed us to feel very relaxed in letting them go by themselves - althought there was someone wathcing the swimming pool at all times. Despite most of the hotel host taking sunbeds, we always found room and the staff always helped us find room for us - they free the sunbeds when un-used which was great. The food at the main restaurant was outstanding ! The quality, the range of food was excellent. The kids had their own special buffet and I must say the kids desserts were very successful (ice cream, popcorn, fruits, even "barbe a papa" !). Thanks to the kids club we, the parents, managed to have some parent time alone during the day and the evenings which was great - we ALL enjoyed our relax time there.
