No tea/coffee making facility in room - have to ask for kettle and cups etc Some improvement could be made to breakfast - savoury selection very good but croissant/pastry selection could be improved.

The staff are friendly and the hotel is clean, simple, and comfortable enough. Short 15 minute walk away to the Frankfurt Messe if you are coming for business. My one complaint was that they charged me 15 euro for breakfast on the day of my arrival though I didn't have breakfast everyday during my stay or on the last day so I felt that they shouldn't have charged extra. The breakfast spread includes meats, cheeses, pastries, olives, fruits, vegetables, cereal, fresh juice and a hot plate with eggs and various breakfast meats that they switch up day to day.

It was the last evening of an European business trip. The fact that it is in walking distance from the railway station is very positive. The staff at reception was outstanding, incredible helpful. The room was comfortable, clean and good noise insulated. Very good breakfast.The gym and sauna in the basement are good. The single negative point was the safe in the room that wasn't working.

The hotel is in nice condition, modern and very clean. However, it is located near the main train station and the area is sketchy. A lot of “do nothings”hanging around drinking beer out of the bottle. Front staff was put out by my mere presence and could not crack a smile. This was my last stop and i had been traveling for some time. Most hotels are inviting and cheerful. Maybe my experience is not the norm here but they acted like they were just too cool to interact. The hotel itself is mall but room was an acceptable size for me and/or one other person. No issues there.

The best feature is the location. 5 mins from the station and less than half an hour from the airport by train. Reception staff were friendly. But the street and area is full of groups of young men looking to deal in drugs and some prostitutes. It's also very noisy as the road has bars with noisy clientele. Abysmal lighting in the bathroom. Some sort of orange red glow. It was impossible to see clearly. As there was no kettle, no hot drinks in the bedroom. One welcome drink is a nice gesture but with a limited choice, it was an empty gesture.

Very convenient as it is a 6-minute walk (or less) from the main train station. Breakfast was very good and service efficient. there are many shady places close by but this street is reasonable. Staff was very friendly and a free welcome drink awaits.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Beautiful outside patio area. Unfortunately, it’s not located in the best area... close to train but also red light district.
