Room was quiet. We were just two doors away from our friends which was great. Staff was moderately friendly. No one was rude. Parking was good.

Ice machines are difficult to locate. No coffee or hot water during breakfast Saturday or Sunday. Couldn't find staff to notify them. Room had spilled coffee on the toilet in our room and hair dryer was laying on the side of the sink. It was knocked onto the floor when I sat my things down. No extra blankets or pillows. Now, we understand why it was significantly cheaper than the Hampton next door.

We reserved room for 3 adults for 4 days. My wife and I are in our 80's and son in his 60's. Room is not made for senior citizens. Bathroom door was warped and would not shut, beds were extremely uncomfortable. Due to a hurricane about to hit Houston, Tx. We had to leave a day early. A rebate for the extra day was placed in our bank account but before it could be deposited it was withdrawn witch I believed to be very tacky and dishonest as the manager the day we left said there would be a rebate for the 4th day. I won't get into the breakfast offered but I do recommend going to if no other place is available then to a McDonalds. We will not ever stay at a Comfort Inn again. Dates of reservation were from 3 to 6 July 2024. We left the morning of the 6th and the hurricane hit us in Houston on the 7th. At least we were here to take care of our house and the resultant loss of electricity

It was just okay. The Jacuzzi tub had no hot water. Both controls were cold water. The mini fridge was sitting on three legs as one was broken and propped up with towels. The desk chair seat was wore out and falling apart. The phone was not even plugged in. The plugs on the nightstand lamp would not hold tightly around my cell phone charging block. All the mirrors were streaked and dusty. But with all that being said, the temp in the room and the bed was pretty comfortable. It was an anniversary get away for us, and it was kind of a let down for the price we paid. The staff at the front desk was very pleasant.

We booked a king room, arrived to find we were overbooked. They put us in a handicap room and my husband wasnt comfortable with that so we opted to "upgrade" to a suite at an extra 50 bucks. The room was nice except for "questionable" stains on the sofa. But we didnt use it so no big deal. Only real complaint is the lawn crew came at 7am on sunday morning being very loud and woke me up on the second floor... breakfast waa great!
