The staff at the front counter was exceptional. They were warm and courtesy and extremely proficient. The check-in process was seamless and welcoming. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Room was spacious and clean. We arrived early and asked Nav if we could check in to our room knowing that checkin wasn’t until 3pm. She was abrupt with us and said we are very busy and check in isn’t until 3. I then just asked if our room was ready. She wouldn’t even check, she just said we are very busy and check in isn’t till 3. When we finally checked in I had to have room keys reissued4 times. It was not a smooth process at check in.
