not accessibilty friendly, bad cobbletone sidewalk to to apartments the assessibilty entrance full of rubish and chair with people smoking. on the other side of the accessibilty entrance more rubish and a fridge. no room to get a wheelchair or person with modility issues on crutches. and visable sign on door not to open the door. not complient with WHS. no staff ever at the entrance at front desk. room's where filthy, no sheets provided just a unwashed bottom mattress protector and empty doona cover. Possible swatters in room admitted to not paying and living their for months. telling other guests to sleep together in same bed. foyer entrance not WHS complient ramp to some locked off area in foyer next to where standing and sitting area is not visabily taped, for visable height difference causing to loose balcing falling backwards. the foyer couches you could visably see the springs poking up. multipule people sleeping in lobby every night not rooms. Bathrooms where filthy, one of the female sinks were constatly blokced. Never any soap in soap dispensers in bathroom, also never any way to dry hands no supplied paper towels empty always, and not air fryer on wall for hands either or, nothing, toilets constantly have no toilet paper in the holders. Showers filthy never once was cleaned. kitchen was basicly a small staff room with kitchenette, fridge was full with alot of expired products never cleaned out. they over small discounts for good reviews, in my opioun bad pratice for stayed at backpackers before and never been to one like this. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! reviews that are good are payed for. the GOV WHS need to visit this place and shut it down.

The location was the only thing going for this accommodation- handy for Aust Grand Prix at Albert Park

There were squatters living in our room asking people to share beds so they could stay. When they didn’t have a bed they walked in and out all night rummaging through their belongings strewn all around the room and on top of my luggage. The place was absolutely filthy everywhere you looked. Mystery stains on the bed- was refused clean sheets.

Bueno, seré esa persona… Llegué y noté que habían chinches de cama desde el primer momento, no hay solo en el cuarto si no que también están en la cocina, en la mesa. Nunca hay recepción, no limpian nada. No me quedé ni una noche, llamé a booking, hice el reclamo y felizmente me ayudaron con la devolución (Lo cual dicen es muy raro). Dejo solo una foto.

Nothing this place is basically a scam. Stay away.

Place was not fit for habitation. Black mold all over the bathrooms and the place hasn't been cleaned in months. False advertising and basically a scam. Do yourself a favor and look at the reviews and photos on Google. They have signs offering to comp your stay for fake positive reviews. They try get you to opt out of your rights as a consumer in Australia which is illegal and non binding.
