"DON'T STAY HERE!!!"

I would NOT recommend this hotel. This hotel needs a full upgrade including the staff. Room 300 Our shower was a living petri dish of active mold. Workers outside our windows making noise when we arrived. The key card for the door was very difficult to use. And the ice machine in the refrigerator didn't work. (And would you believe, ALL ice machines were broken in the entire hotel... and no ice bucket in the room... hmmm). And, the bed was cave-in way too soft. Staff We called to remove one day from the reservation. We were charged anyway... had to have it removed. We were OVER charged more than $100. AND they shut off our key card anyway! We had to go back to the desk to have it reprogrammed! THEN, OMG... we asked for a late Checkout. When we called (nope, ask at check-in)... at check-in (nope, call the office)... we called the office (nope, call you back)... never called back... called again (put on hold, then told we got the last spot). NEVER heard of this. Finally, we needed a quick early breakfast. At 6:30, opening time, the lights were out and some things weren't filled... Don't stay here. They need to update and fix all this...
