great town, nice staff

Eating area too small, selection poor. Too many bus loads of rude people reaching over us to get food. Never again

Very good handicapped room. Was close to back door so made it easy to load. Very good breakfast and nice heated pool.

At first we were a little unsure of this hotel, but it warmed on us. Partly put off by receptin staff who seems more intent on making a telephone call that dealing with customers at the next, and then a fairly brusque manner. But our room was fine - clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good too - although nothing exceptional. Lots ofpsarking, and located right in heart of West Yellowstone and its restaurants

Convenient, clean and staff is super helful! Free breakfast..new options daily. Rooms were spacious and quiet!

It was great.

The breakfast buffet was very good. The hotel was clean and comfortable. They were, unfortunately, short staffed in the housekeeping department. We didnt need much and the staff that was available were great.

After being on the road for days it was nice to have a comfortable bed to sleep. Didn’t use rest of facility

Rooms were comfortable, had a superior queen. Breakfast was good on the days the cook was on. Staff are the friendliest people. Walls are thin, hotel is older but it was a great place to land after a day in Yellowstone.
