Everything was good service and the room

There was trash piled up in & around hallway by trash can

The facility was very nice and clean.

Housekeeping was bad. I had to go to the office to get more towels, tolite paper, and trash bags. EVEN when I put the dirty towels outside the door. Housekeeping didn't even make the bed when we were gone from the room.

Close to ferry

Breakfast staff was not friendly at all, our room was little… no fridge,

Very nice and clean for the most part, only thing is we had spiders in our room. Am clerk wasn't a very pleasant person, she needed a smile on her face.

Location

The morning receptionists was a very rude and not helpfull at all. My wife asked for a package of syrup at 931am and the receptionists told my wife she couldn't give her one cuz breakfast was over... 1 freaking minute. She was rude and not helpful to alot of guest. We recorded alot of the encounters.

Breakfast was very limited, and several options, such as yogurt, were not available at times. Only 2 towels were provided, and we had to go to the front desk to request clean towels. Other than those two items, it was pretty average.

It was a decent stay
