The stuff was really friendly n getting things we needed like towels, plus this Hotel is located in the perfect place need a Mall n places to eat ...

The breakfast wasn't good for us because we don't eat pork or beef , not a big choice because we don't drink milk either. The orange & apple was served Hottttt because this Hotel didn't have a Ice machine available n there was No ice brought out at breakfast like a bag of ice bought from a near by store or something.

The folks that worked there are absolutely wonderful. It all was very very clean. The hotel and our room its self is showing wear. Several of the locks on the side and back entrances are not working.

"Failed to meet the standards they set"

Unfortunately this trip did not live up to the standard this property had previously set. New management did not live up to expectations of a frequent guest. It's also too bad that most of the previous staff has moved on. Some remaining bright spots included the folks in the dining room Al, Miss Annette and Miss Tracey. It was a pleasure to see you every morning. Thank you for everything.
