Wonderful hotel in beautiful grounds with very helpful staff and a unique atmosphere.

We have a time share at Son Antem and have not had the opportunity to stay at Son Julia. However, in the past, we have always eaten dinner there. This year, we wanted to spend a longer time on Mallorca, so we decided to book the Son Julia - as did my sisters. It was dreamy. The rooms are gorgeous - huge and well appointed. The Staff is professional, warm, kind, and so on top of everything. The breakfasts are magnificent - and the dinners are equally as delicious (wonderful selections and lovely wine list). The pools are gorgeous. We all loved it so very much and I am only sad that I had to check out.

Lovely and calm place, amazing staff and service. The breakfast and the food in the restaurant was great too. We booked massage in the spa and it was very nice. We loved our 2 night stay.

Beautiful property. Nice staff in the restaurant, especially one guy was very kind and service minded and took extra care for our children. We didn’t catch his name, but he mentioned he spoke some Norwegian. Very kind man!

We arrived five minutes before the breakfast closed on the first day. We knew that breakfast wasn’t included on the first day (only the second) but the kids were a bit hungry so we asked if we could have a quick bite and a coffee. This resulted in us being charged the full price for four people having a full breakfast each (even though the kitchen was closed so we could only have a donut). The price was 112 euro in total essentially for four donuts and three espressos. That felt a bit like being at a cheap place that needs to charge you extra for everything. Like when you fly Ryanair. Next there were only towels for two people in the room and we had to spend time finding more towels. Third the jacuzzi in the room didn’t work, the kids were waiting in the jacuzzi and the hotel staff said they would come and check but they never showed up. They said the next day this was because they had misunderstood and checked the jacuzzi in the spa area. Which is an honest mistake but could have been resolved by following up with us or contacting us the night before when we raised the issue. All in all just not a very five star experience - we expect more from a place that brands it self as a five star place. We ended up getting a 62 euro discount for the inconvenience. Which is a ridiculous amount. And this conversation alone took an additional 30 minutes where the kids again had to wait.

We first stayed in 2012 and, barring pandemics, have returned every year. The hotel has all the amenities you could ask for - wonderful staff, excellent cuisine, two swimming pools (one of which is enormous), an imposing country house that has been sympathetically modernised to a high standard and all set in beautiful gardens.

Everything! One of the best hotels we stayed at! Everything was super clean. Breakfast was amazing. Staff very professional, nice and attentive. We loved our room - roomy, nice bed and sheets, roomy bathroom (spa like) and the cleaning was superb! The property is nicely maintained - garden, pool and restaurant (very good food btw)

Fabulous hotel with amazing facilities - 2 pools, gym, spa …. The room (junior suite with terrace) was gorgeous with a large private terrace so we often had room service dinner on the terrace. Food was excellent, but most of all the service was above first class - nothing was too much trouble and every member of staff made you feel so welcome! We wanted somewhere to relax and unwind and this was perfect
