Stayed as Family. From start to finish was a great stay. Outstanding , top quality management team made a big difference. Quality of building, interior, beds, bathroom, lounge, kitchen , floor heating, cleanliness are all excellent. Location is good too. Really could not find any faults. This sets a new market standard for outstanding quality in Hakuba and without question would be our first choice again on return trips
