L’emplacement au cœur du Flon, l’originalité de l’hôtel, le bar ouvert la nuit et l’amabilité du personnel

L’unique petit détail serait d’avoir des petites tasses à café au petit déjeuné pour les expressos

Le personnel a été hyper professionnel un sympathique et le rabais pour le parking pour la voiture que je n’attendais pas.

L’animation devant la place de l’hôtel un peu trop bruyante et pas trop sécurisante.

It's considered expensive, even when I have checked out one day earlier, they still charged me for the extra day and the day tax either!!!!

RAS

The hotel is located in the very centre of Lausanne. It's modern, well-equipped, and clean. The staff is friendly. We received a free public transport card for the Lausanne area for the duration of our stay. The room rates were reasonable.

It was a bit noisy on a Saturday night, as the hotel is located in an area with bars and restaurants, and our window was not completely soundproof. There was a faint, unpleasant smell of plumbing in our bathroom. The breakfast is quite basic.
