Muy buena ubicacion, cerca de la carretera

Me senti estafado, quise reservar para 6 personas y solo me dieron 2 habitaciones con 1 sola cama y para el colmo pequeña. Quise canselar mi reserva y tampoco me lo permitieron. Segun booking envio un correo y ellos no respondieron. Nunca me habia pasado algo similar en booking, estoy totalmente decepcionado.

Muy buena ubicacion, para una parada en la carretera

Me senti engañado, quise reservar para 6 personas adultas y solo me dieron 2 habitaciones de 1 sola cama y para el colmo una cama pequeña. Nunca me habia pasado esto en booking. Quise cancelar la reserva y tampoco me lo permitieron, segun booking mando un correo y ellos no respondieron.

The staff was great, the place was clean, checkin was fine, bed was comfortable and the room had everything you could need. At least for a Super 8. The only issue was the toilet flushed auper slow and the sink and shower wouldn't drain. So a clog somewhere.

Parking and access was fine. Room was clean. The toilet tank in our room was extremely slow refilling the bowl. When mentioned to staff, was told? "Oh, yeah, we know that room runs slow. We had (a guy), I think she said Moyer's, was here and couldn't find anything". Why not offer us another room? They were not fully booked. We're 73 and need a working toilet.
