"Not worth the price"

"Staff made sure to let me know the customer is not always right."

The traffic noice I had it to check out before my departure date...staff was kind of rude saying they will not refund me because I left early but the noice was not worth the money I payed.

"Probably the best place I stayed at in Gilroy."

Breakfast was great (could use more variety of cereal). Person who checked me in was nice. Luggage carts available. The bed, bathroom, shower, lighting, tv, fridge and microwave oven were great. Wifi was excellent.

The AC wasn't that good. No other issues.

"Convenient location to St. Louise Regional Hospital."

The hotel was near St. Louise Regional Hospital which was helpful to me. The breakfast was a plus.

A sheet and pillow case were stained. They should have been thrown out.

Room had a smell to it. I had to open a window to let some fresh smell in. The smell would come back after i closed the window. The bed was uncomfortable and squeaky. It was not a quiet stay. I could hear the foot steps from the room above me. Front desk was nice.
