Accommodations were nice.

It was Good.

I tried to cancel, but was not allowed. There were bedbugs and I got bitten more than once,

I had a great stay, staff was really nice, accommodated to my stay and my needs, really nice lady overall everything was fine, for the price you can't beat it, I felt safe and I book again.

Just my bathroom sink was a little clogged/plugged, but I was still able to use just a slow drain.

After I finally got settled in, it was relatively nice. Had a big fridge and a strong microwave and nice bed dressings. I like the pillows as well in the bathroom. They have those dispensers on the wall instead of the mini travel soap and shampoo, which makes a lot of sense they had birdfeeders and some water outside, which is nice and I wasn’t sure what to expect with regards to the continental breakfast but they did have waffle makers, which isn’t continental, but in fact, hot, which was nice as well overall fine

I was surprised to find out that I needed to still pay for my pet and I had to provide a deposit which until I arrived. I did not have as well at the front desk. There’s a sign that states that you will be charged for cleaning and any missing linens, and I was asked a few times things that I thought were already faxed when I booked with booking.com, namely that it was just me I had used two different credit cards so they had to verify it. They were the same name not such a big deal but, meh… It seemed there was a little more trash near the entrance than I thought should be mainly cigarette butts in the gutter and when I arrived in the room, it seemed very stale so perhaps I’m running air once a day for a little bit would’ve helped but overall after I got the air going, it settled down I did ask if I could alter my reservation as I got to my destination several hours later than I had anticipated for which I was refused. I believe that things like that can be altered, but perhaps they’ve had a situation before where they did and regretted it so I can understand however, I also am in the hospitality business and know that things can be done in certain conditions I imagine I did ask if I could pull up to my room for which I thought I heard yes and then I heard now the only other remark I would make is on my way to my room. I could not figure out where the hallway was it was not adequate signage, but for the most part, I’m grateful that I had a place to stay and bring my pet despite the fact that I had to pay the pet fee, which I imagine is natural, but the deposit was not denoted after I already paid for my room. If I didn’t have my deposit, then they would’ve refused my entrance and I wouldn’t have had a place to stay for which I would’ve been quite upset so mostly it all worked out.
