"Cigarette odor everywhere"

The only issue was the cigarette odor. There are a lot of signs that say don’t smoke, but all the building and the room had very high cigarette odor.

Admittedly, the bed was very comfortable. Excellent linens. But the staff wasn’t helpful/rude, checking in was difficult and I was initially sent to a dirty room. Not my idea of a good time.
