The owners of this property have taken great pride in creating the perfect experience. Everything is impeccably clean, well thought out and perfect. I wouldn’t change a thing. Such a beautiful spot.

We can enjoy the entire villa sized in 100m2, and the service is one of the best and I’ve ever seen in Japan.

The service is very nice and the villa is clean and beautiful. We like the isolated location nearby the Hirafu. It’s quite convenient to get to the Annipuri ski resort. You will feel relaxed staying in Andaru.

There are few things could be improved a little bit. First, even the breakfast is good, but lacks of variety. If you stay more than 3 nights, you might want more selections for the menu. Second, as for long stay guests, it could be more convenient to have the washing machine in the villa.

First of all very elegant and cute villa, the designs and athletics are just on point - nothing too lavish comfy and classy. Hotel staff been very helpful and friendly. Location wise, it’s nothing really more than 15 min drive from everything, and if you do not feel like driving you can always have the hotel arrange transportation for you which is complimentary for their guests. We had a lovely stay.

Nothing really, but if the hotel can also offer Japanese style breakfast that would be great! Otherwise their western breakfast is also great.

big rooms, basically a chalet. staff is nice and helpfull.

no onsen in a place that could easely fit one. major setback to have to drive to the nearest one especially after a day on the slopes. the breakfast waiting times are too high, on average 30 minutes.

The property design is impeccable and fits in the Niseko landscape in a very natural way.
