As a solo female traveller, this hotel was average. Would I stay again? Likely not. I expected more, especially for the price I paid. I treated myself to a ski weekend, and it felt like everything at the hotel was a struggle. From checking in, the hotel couldn’t find my reservation, even though I booked directly through them. The room? Very basic. I’ve stayed in fancier Best Western hotel’s. I booked myself the room and board dinner my second night, got to the restaurant and they denied me dinner, after they made me wait for 20 minutes to decide what to do with me, all due to an error made by the receptionist who I had book the dinner. There was no effort made to amend the error. I did end up going back the next night to try again at having dinner, and as a solo traveller, I felt like I was not a priority for the staff. Couples came in, ate, and left before I had finished being served my three courses. Out of their control, but there was a fire in the sauna the day before I arrived. This was a major factor in me picking this hotel. No effort was made to rectify this in any way (ex. A free drink at the bar). Overall it’s an okay hotel, but I don’t think I would stay again

We arrived after a long journey around 6pm and were told that we could not have dinner at the venue, although the kitchen was still open.

L’accueil à la réception. L’accès aux chambres. Le petit déjeuner.

La salle de bain n’était pas chauffée, avec un grand froid, extérieur, le le sèche serviette est sous dimensionner par rapport au volume de cette salle de bain. À améliorer ou carrément changer l’appareil.

Le personnel est très aimable, la décoration est jolie. Service de qualité et très calme

Tout est nickel !!!! Je vous le recommande vivement 😍😍😍😍
