Days Inn by Wyndham Muscle Shoals

It was a very clean hotel and a very good value and the breakfast was comprehensive.

Everything was really good about this hotel.

Room temp was not stable, thin windows lead to outside noise being loud , and the alarm clock was set to go off at midnight waking us up after only being asleep for two hours

Checking lady was very helpful with a problem I had, and recommended a rest. for dinner, which one of the best in Alabama! Have their butterfly shrimp at STANWOODS! The hotel was very clean and had a full breakfast, pretty good.

The noise

It was easy to find, check in & check out were quick. We were able to get a ground floor room, so we didn’t have to carry our luggage up the stairs. It was pretty quiet at night, despite having some ball teams staying there. Our room was clean & bed was comfortable. The shower had good water pressure, but the shower floor was not nonskid, but there was a grab bar to hold on to. Staff were helpful and nice.

They ran out of ice in the machines on the day we were leaving, and I think that the ball teams had emptied both machines. Breakfast was not great. The toilet in our room was way too close to the bathroom wall, which was odd.

I love the fact that the carpets have been removed from the rooms. The last place we stayed the carpets were so dirty that our socks were black from walking on them. Your bare floors are so much cleaner. I thought it would have been nice to have a rug at the door so when you enter the room you won’t track dirt onto the floor.
