Rooms clean, mattress fine. Big fridge with separate freezer compartment. Couldn’t get Wi-Fi to work. Stopped at office for coffee at 6 am when they are supposed to be open but they were still closed. Nice guy at the desk for check in. Quiet area, felt safe.

Killed a spider in the room. Not confortable beds.

For check in, we pulled up and rang the bell since the office was closed. A lady came out of a unit and said here you go. Just handed me the key. No information, no ID check, nada. The room and beds were ok, but the bathroom was gross. Tons of hair all over the shower. Like TONS. There was no way it had been wiped down at all from the prior guests.

I was really impressed that the breakfast included orange juice and apple juice and fresh apples. This was an unexpected touch that is not always found at other similar establishments. Thank you so much. Also, having a larger refrigerator than just a mini was really cool. The laminate type hardwood floors gave the room a really clean look

I do not know why that some hotel chains do not put an envelope in the room for housekeeping tips. Maybe the management feels it is too pushy or unprofessional. However, that reaction is more about the guest. I hope you reconsider.

Took four tries to get a key to the room that would work. No wi-fi as advertised, tv was very glitchy. Stay was a Thursday night thru Monday morning. Did not make up room on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Had to go to office, which was closed on Sunday, and get mgr out her room with night service bell just to get new towels. Have been staying at this hotel for over fifty years. Never again!!!!!!

Had no bath towels and no hot water for bathing. The room and service was very nice

There was NO breakfast!!! No hot water; no phone; tub was filthy!!!

Place is in a seedy part of town... scary!!!; Tub was so dirty, we did not take a shower!!! No breakfast; no hot water to shower
