It was right off the freeway

There was no one in the office I had to call and let it ring for ever before someone answered and it said there was breakfast but when we left at 8am no breakfast and no one in office to ask about it . I feel living ur room key in a basket at the window when u leave is unsafe for ur company some could go right behind u and pick it up and then use it to get in the room you just stayed in .and u wouldn't even know .

Clean room

Location, old and worn, no internet, no towels in room, loud by I 10,, no place to eat

Our key did not work on the 2nd day. There was not a person at the desk all the time.

No one was there to check us in. We waited for a long time, then had to book another hotel.

It says on the website that the breakfast is included, but the reception guy said he was busy during the thanksgiving holiday that he has no time to prepare the breakfast, what a disappointment.

No breakfast was served even if it says during my booking that breakfast is included.

The room was so dirty like it had not been cleaned in days and the bathroom was disgusting. Had it not been for the 3 times we had already went back and forth to the office because they couldn’t key the card right, I would have went back again but by that time we were exhausted.

Long wait to check in. Key card not working.

It was very convenient. The room seemed nice at first.

There was a HUGE cockroach in the bathroom. The bathroom by the main office was filthy.

Directly off the I-10, easy to get to.

My rate was supposed to have a breakfast included, but there wasn’t even anyone at the reception in the morning (door was locked) leave alone any trace of breakfast.
